Changes for the Future:
Kevin and Sarah are currently in the process of writing the curriculum for an exciting new program called “Missions Immersion”.  This will be an intensive 9 month training program design to train new missionaries how to survive and thrive in Africa.  The program is slated to begin January of 2009
Sarah is currently undergoing training to become a certified coach through Lifeformation Leadership Coaching.  She is extremely excited about this training and is diving into the material as often as she can.  This training and experience will be very beneficial both for the Missions Immersion program and to the Africans that Sarah encounters daily.

Our Impact

  • Kevin Witt- Operations/Finance Director
My goal is to train up our local African staff to run all aspects of the mission, and train them to teach what they know to others.  We are not only “teaching a man to fish” we are raising up leaders who will “teach others to fish”
As daily problems and challenges are brought to me, I coach them in how to find their own solution and rely on their staff to help them.  Read about what these emerging leaders are accomplishing by visiting the following departmental websites:
    Information Technology/Studio 7/Maintance and Cleaning/Accounting and Finance/Transportation
  • Sarah Witt – Hospitality and Recruitment
In her roll as recruiter, she seeks out potential new missionaries, teachers, and short term staff to fill the ever growing needs of the organization.  Step by step, she leads and encourages them until they arrive on the field.  Then . . . .
Sarah’s talent for making people feel loved and appreciated is aptly used as she makes the preparations for all guests of the mission, both short and long term.
