All ministries and programmes at the Village Church are about "Loving People, Changing Lives, and Shaping Futures." This mission is carried out through worship, fellowship, unselfish ministry to people in the community, and teaching and preaching that focuses on obedience to the leadership of Christ.  The goal of the programmes and ministries is for its members to experience an increasingly meaningful relationship with God and their fellow believers through a growing knowledge of both God and man.

The Children's Ministry at The Village Church exists so that children may come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior and grow in their relationship with him.  This is accomplished by creatively engaging each child at his level of development, teaching him the Word of God and loving him.  In this environment children have fun while at the same time learn that God is a good God who wants them to enjoy life.  They are able to feel safe and free in order to explore the things of God.  In this way they are more apt to receive the Word of God in a way that enables it to take root in their hearts.

20/20 vision is a term used to express normal visual acuity (the clarity or sharpness of vision) measured at a distance of 20 feet. If you have 20/20 vision, you can see clearly at 20 feet what should normally be seen at that distance. Having 20/20 vision does not necessarily mean you have perfect vision. 20/20 vision only indicates the sharpness or clarity of vision at a distance.

Our mid-week services give our members an opportunity to sharpen their spiritual vision so that their visual acuity is in-line with God's view of the world.  It takes place in a laid-back environment where practical teachings are taught. Teachings include: Finances, Marriage, Family, Faith, etc. Attendants may request to be taught on specific subjects through the Village Church Facebook Page or via email.

We follow the Lord’s commission to “Go and make disciples of all nations, teaching them and baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and The Holy Spirit.” A team of church members meet weekly to pray and go out into the community to share the Word of God.  Every new convert is then taught the basics of the Word of God in weekly discipleship classes to help them grow in their faith.

A team of church members meet weekly in order to visit both members and non-members who are hospitalized at Letsholathebe II Memorial Hospital in Maun. The sick are encouraged and strengthened through the Word of God and prayer.

Love Botswana Bible Institute was established in 2002 with the primary purpose to equip local leaders in personal growth and wholeness, theology and practical ministry.  While an important component of its curriculum supports the training of local pastors, it is also a Bible School for anyone that wants to grow in their knowledge of the Word of God, as well as in their personal walk with God. Classes take place weekly. More information is available through The Village Church office. Information will be available on-line soon.

Teams of members and volunteers visit inmates at the local prison to encourage them through the Word of God, as well as to fellowship with them through sports and other activities.  Any inmates who make a decision for Christ are engaged in regular discipleship training that will support their transition back into society upon release from prison.

This programme is provided for persons aged 19 to 35 who are both members and non-members of the church. The focus of the programme is that of building godly character and living a kingdom centered life. The focus is on a commitment to the Biblical truth, "Let your *roots* grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness." Colossians 2:7.  It provides an opportunity for this age group to "do life together" and often includes activities for both parents and children.
