Youth Empowerment
This department caters for pre-teens and teens (12–19 years old). All programmes focus on leadership development that supports involvement in the community; discipleship and character building teaching and training; talent discovery and enhancement; and, life skills development that supports HIV prevention and care.

Different avenues such as music, talent shows, fashion shows, games, movies, and inspirational Biblical teachings are used to minister to the youth. Young people from all different backgrounds attend, and many give their lives to Christ. Youth are provided with a safe and comfortable environment where they can interact with one another, and feel loved.

Reach for life aims to raise godly leaders who are confident in God, who He has created them to be, and who will in turn go M.A.D (Make A Difference)!
Annually, a training camp, Camp P.U.R.E (Pursuing Uncompromised Righteousness Earnestly) is held for a selected number of students from each school. Through the camp, young people get to network with others, are inspired to become more confident in their decision to choose abstinence before marriage, are taught pertinent, relevant, and practical life skills, and counselled through issues both in groups and individually.
Currently, Reach 4 Life exists in 20 schools in Maun and surrounding areas; the programme has been active for 12 years and close to 50,000 lives have been reached and an equal number of young people have been reached through the programme and its curriculum.

Every Sunday the youth are a part of the main service for worship and prayer, then disperse into their age groups to be taught the Word effectively and relevantly in a setting appropriate for teens.

Through the Daniel Internship Programme, interns are provided with opportunities to develop job and other life skills, and equips them with relevant trainings and opens awareness of a future life of ministry. During their internship, interns also get to attend Love Botswana Bible Institute.
