The Village Church carries out the evangelistic aims of the Mission through the growth and development of churches in northern Botswana. Established in 1998, it continues as a non-denominational, multi-racial, multinational, full-gospel church with a vision to impact its congregation with the practical love of God through the development of relevant programmes. Village Church’s mandate is “Loving People, Changing Lives, Shaping Futures.” Services are interpreted in Botswana Sign Language and Setswana.

The apostolic church planting vision of Village Church is to reach the people of northern Botswana and other sub-Saharan African countries with the message of the gospel through churches planted throughout the area. Local pastors and lay leaders are trained for the ministry in remote areas within the context of the local community, and thus develop Christian communities among the people of their area.
Many of the churches started as a result of the early mission work, done mostly in partnership with organisations such as Teen Mania, who would be on the mission field for weeks at a time and evangelised to many in the northern part of Botswana, and into Namibia. During their trips, the main focus was evangelism and the need then arose to have on-going evangelism, discipleship, and teaching, and the churches were birthed. There are currently nine branch churches, namely Sehithwa, Gumare, Etsha 1, Etsha 6, Samochima, Shakawe, Kauxwi, Xakao, and Popa Falls (Namibia).
